Katherine's Jazz Choir sang L-O-V-E at a performance last week. She and a boy were chosen to do a duet at the beginning of the song where they would alternate lines. She has a fantanstic voice and more poise and stage presence than I'll ever hope to have. After the performance, she told me that she had looked over at the boy she was going to be singing with just before their part began and saw that he was very nervous. She knew it wouldn't go well unless he loosened up a little so she smiled and winked at him. That brought a smile to his face, and they did a great job! She is so much fun.
