My sweet Sarah wasn't sure she wanted to go to school today. It was the Battle of the Books competition day. She didn't want to let her team down and not win, but she also didn't want to beat her other friend's teams. She has a tender heart and tries hard to please everyone. Fortunately, for the semi-finals she didn't end up having to compete against any of her good friends. Her team gave it their all and won their semi-final round! Tomorrow are the finals. The girls she didn't want to beat all got elimated in their first round so they won't have to compete directly with them. They (Sarah, Isabel, Michelle, and Sydney) do have to compete against her friend Isabel's twin brothers team. It'll be interesting.
