We just got home from a great ward party. It has been a wonderful Christmas-y weekend. We had friends over last night for a traditional Christmas story and treats, Katherine and I attended a Ice Skating show that two of her friends were in, and we went to our ward party.
Katherine did a wonderful job in her first real accompanying moment. She accompanied Sarah and Michael and a handful of other children singing Where are You Christmas? Sarah and Michael also came through and sang great! We got to find out about Christmas in different parts of the world. As part of that we saw Santa himself! He was wonderful, and he didn't even pass out due to heat exhaustion. What a jolly man!
